COUNT I – MURDER
The Grand Jury of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, duly empaneled and sworn,
charges that on or about 7/17/2025, in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin,
the defendant Milo Severino, did unlawfully, wilfully, and feloniously
kill and murder Angelica Evaline,a human being, in violation of
Wisc. Code Ann. Β§ 97-3-19.

COUNT II – TERRORISTIC ACT
The Grand Jury further charges that on or about 07/17/2025 in Sheboygan County,
Wisconsin, the defendant, Milo Severino, did unlawfully, wilfully,
and feloniously commit a terroristic act by attempting to kill or seriously injure someone with a weapon to intimidate others,
in violation of Wisc. Code Ann. Β§ 97-37-29.
